What We’re Looking For:
  • Self-starter with a drive to succeed and grow
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Team-oriented and work collaboratively with others
  • Supply chain or production scheduling experience preferred
  • Background in metal stamping, fabrication, or tool & die is a plus

Essential Job Duties:
  • Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand and capacity
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock
  • Analyze sales orders and customer requests to plan material needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers successfully
  • Identify and resolve scheduling or supply chain issues
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across departments
  • Work primarily in an office environment with some shop floor exposure

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • An associate’s degree in Material Planning is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply!
  • 1-5 years of material planning experience is required.
  • Inventory control experience is a plus.
  • MS Office proficiency
