What We’re Looking For:

Self-starter with a drive to succeed and grow
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Team-oriented and work collaboratively with others
Supply chain or production scheduling experience preferred
Background in metal stamping, fabrication, or tool & die is a plus

Essential Job Duties:

Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand and capacity
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock
Analyze sales orders and customer requests to plan material needs
Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers successfully
Identify and resolve scheduling or supply chain issues
Communicate clearly and effectively across departments
Work primarily in an office environment with some shop floor exposure

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
An associate’s degree in Material Planning is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply!
1-5 years of material planning experience is required.
Inventory control experience is a plus.
MS Office proficiency
